“Involvement in art makes me notice many aspects of this wonderful world...”
How does art enrich your life?
Involvement in art makes me notice many aspects of this wonderful world, enjoy the beauty and intricacy, and wonder of God's creation. It gives me joy in living. When I paint I undergo a strange process of seeing more and more colours and shapes. I have learnt to have faith that each dab of paint will contribute to my final picture.
Please share on your learning experience and what you like about My Art Space.
The non competitive tone of My Art Space provides the ambience to paint at my own pace, regardless of how slow or how inadequate I am. The instructors are cheerful and patient and help me see my efforts objectively. Conversation with fellow artists provide me inspiration and helpful suggestions.
What are you trying to communicate with your art?
At the moment I try to communicate the joy of living through the faces of children and nature.
Tell us what plans you have for your art future?
I am working to better my repertoire of skills and subjects. I intend to build up a body of work to hold an exhibition and hope my work would be appreciated by others.
