Sok Han’s career as an artist took an unconventional pathway. While she always had a deep love and passion for drawing as a child, her life led her to a career in marketing and advertising instead. After a few years in the corporate world, the art world summoned again and she joined a part time course in charcoal and oil painting at NAFA. Eventually, she found an art studio opposite her office, where she honed her talent with still life oil painting.

Kelvin Teo is a part-time art instructor with over two decades of experience in education. While he has been interested in art from a young age, he began pursuing it more intentionally in his adult years. Trained in Physics and holding Master’s degrees in Counselling and Education, he brings a reflective and process-oriented approach to his practice.

His work is grounded in sketching, which he sees as central to developing observation, and extends into watercolors and oil painting. He explores the balance between spontaneity and structure. Kelvin’s style is atmospheric and expressive, informed by a belief that art is not just about technique, but also about perspective, wellness, and personal insight. He encourages students to see art as both a visual language and a cathartic process for growth and self-discovery.
