About the Artist
Hi, I am Cher Fong. Born and breed in Singapore. Currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer in the banking industry dealing with AI models and Big Data.
How did you get started in creating art and how does it enrich your life?
Art has always been at the back of my mind actually. Since primary school, I would scribble stick mans doing parkour on the texts, admire game graphics and VFX in movies. Decades passed unknowingly and last year I wanted to find back that connection back to art so I decided to attend art sessions at My Art Space. Art helps me be more mindful and aware of your cognitive biases.
Please share on your learning experience and what you like about My Art Space
It has been awesome. The instructors will help you see proportions, colors, discuss your ideas and share art events details. I feel at ease everytime coming here. Other members are also very nice too! The facilities are adequate and well managed.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given about creating art?

I dont have any favourite artwork. However I admire any artwork from https://ibex-collection.com/
What are you trying to communicate with your art?
I am hoping the audience will feel that the subject is close to them.
